Our focus of raining down blessings is almost over, but don't let that keep you from showing generosity in all things. In the month of May, we will focus on the discipline of Study! I am excited about our Sundays in May - please bring something to be able to take notes :)

It's about time for a fiesta! Bring an amigo or two next Sunday, May 3rd for First Sunday Meal. Because it is so close to Cinco de Mayo, let's plan to bring some kind of Mexican cuisine.

The ladies are planning to enjoy a fun event on Thursday, May 7th. We will meet in the fellowship hall at 6pm. Dinner will be provided, so let's all bring a snack to share. Let Rhonda know if you are coming and if you are bringing a friend!

Saturday, May 9th is the next men's fellowship. If you are a man or know a man who might enjoy some fellowship, head on over to Rise Cafe in Mooresville (233 S Broad St) at 8:30am.

The month of May has a fifth Sunday, so that means breakfast and Bible study! On Sunday, May 31st we will enjoy both in the fellowship hall. Invite some folks who might like to attend in a more laid back atmosphere.

Although we have had very little of the April showers we need, I trust that you are all bringing shower items for the shoeboxes. If you want to get a start on May, please bring anything rainbow colored. We also need shoeboxes and cash for shipping.

August - school supplies

September - ball or doll

October - hair care

November - box and sox
