Don't miss the community Thanksgiving service - Sunday, November 24 at 6pm. This is a time of fellowship among believers from churches all over the Lake Norman area. This year's service will be hosted by Bethel Presbyterian Church - 19920 Bethel Church Rd. Cornelius, NC

  • November focus

Keep in mind that the focus for the month of November is Gratitude. In this season of busyness, remember to slow down and give God, and those in your life, thanks for being a blessing to you. Keep learning those Bible verses and writing those "thank you" cards. Bring the two "thankful for" leaves from your gratitude packet to church. They will be placed around the fellowship hall for Thanks Day.

  • HELP FOR THE HOMELESS

Come out to sing carols and give stockings to our homeless neighbors in Mecklenburg County. Tuesday, Dec 3 is a special Christmas event with Watchmen of the Streets. If you are able to go, be at the church in time to leave by 5pm. If you are unable to go, but would like to help, please bake and bag some homemade treats.

  • chruch christmas party

Join in the fun and festivities on Wednesday, Dec 11 at 6:30pm. Bring party food for all to share as we have games, sing carols, and have a great time of fellowship. Every year for the past 30 years, someone brand new has come to the party. Don't break the streak! Invite a new friend!

  • christmas movie

Join us for a movie under the stars on Saturday, Dec 21. The men are making chili, which will be ready by 5:30, the movie will begin at 6pm, and the fire for roasting marshmallows will be going all night! Bring a blanket, a chair, and a guest as we enjoy a Christmas movie together.

  • december focus

The church wide focus for the month of December is Give of Yourself. How can you give more than just a gift with wrapping paper and bows this season? You may decide to volunteer at a soup kitchen. Maybe you could wrap gifts for someone who is short on time. Could you spend extra time with a friend or family member who is feeling lonely? These are a few suggestions, but you can make this focus your own. Also, be on the lookout on December 1 for a Christmas Advent devotion.

  • daily devotion

Our next devotion from the Bible app is all about surrendering anxiety and resting in the Lord. It is a 40-day devotion which will be available through September and October. If you are unable to find us on the Bible app, this is the direct link: https://www.bible.com/reading-plans/24728
