  • 5th sunday

    Next Sunday, August 30th, is Fifth Sunday Breakfast. The theme is Waffle House style hashbrowns. Be sure to bring the contribution you signed up for. Breakfast and Bible study will be in the fellowship hall.

    The following Sunday, September 6th is our next First Sunday Meal (we are all about eating!). One of the suggested FSM themes was Southern style food, so bring your best Southern dishes that day. Gear up that Southern hospitality by inviting friends and family to join you!

    If you have not yet given, grab a slip of paper with an amount and give to the FACES ministry in Ecuador. As well, you are challenged to give the cost of one meal (in the amount of your choosing) to support missions. Missions is the heart of God, so let's be a part of His work!

    A few other ways to support missions this month are prayer and Bible reading.   • Operation christmas child

    Bring in those school supplies to fill the shoeboxes this month. We have plenty of crayons and liquid glue is not accepted, but every other type of supply is great! If you bring pencils, please also include a sharpener. Boxes and shipping costs also really help!

    January - hats, mittens, gloves

    February - toothbrushes, floss

    March - toy

    April - soap, washclothes

    May - coloring books, crayons

    June - jump rope

    July - toiletries

    August - school supplies

    September - ball or doll

    October - hair care

    November - box and sox
