This Saturday, October 26 will be a fun night! Come out by 6pm for a Low Country Boil. The meal will be enjoyed outside, and there will be a fire pit. Bring a friend and an ingredient for s'mores (graham crackers, chocolate, or marshmallows).

On Sunday, October 27 we will welcome the Gideons to our service. This is an excellent organization that takes the word of God into some of the darkest places in the world. If you are able, please give at least $5 in the special offering - which is enough to send one Bible into one of the places it is needed.

Keep praying for the first responder that you chose at the beginning of the month. He or she need the protection and encouragement of the Lord. Also consider bringing an item from the suggested list. We will be collecting through November, so there is still time to contribute.

Let's finish off this year of shoebox giving strong! Bring hair care items for the month of October. If you want to get a start on November, please bring socks for kids of any ages between 2-14. We will pack the boxes on Wednesday, November 20. There are also 4 spots available to volunteer at the Samaritan's Purse facility on December 14.

Saturday, November 2 is Men's Fellowship. Join the men of the church at What-a-Burger in Mooresville for breakfast at 8am. Bring a buddy who you think would benefit from male conversation and fun.

Join us on Saturday, November 9 at 9am (November 16 as a weather alternate) to continue working in the park. We need fallen trees and limbs cut and moved, leaves and mulch raked, dirt and leaves blown out of the parking lot, among other work. Every bit that you are able to do is a real blessing!
