This Saturday, September 14, is the next phase of getting the church park ready. Be at church by 9:30 with bug spray, a bottle of water, and a willing heart! If you have a wheel barrow, rakes, and shovels that will be helpful too! As a thank you, food will be provided for workers.

September 21, on Saturday evening, we will enjoy an outdoor movie. Free concessions will begin at 7:30. Popcorn and drinks will be available, and anyone who would like to bring homemade ice cream is welcome to do so. Bring a chair and a friend by 8pm when the movie will begin.

Sunday, September 29, is the 5th Sunday of this month. Enjoy service in the fellowship hall as we eat a delicious breakfast, followed by teaching. If you have not yet signed up to bring an item, there is still time. Or you may want to volunteer your help in the kitchen before 10am.

The focus for this month is all about rest and solitude. Make it a point this month to take some time alone with the Lord each day. Take a walk, lay aside your cell phone or the tv for a while. Just imagine the excitement of a young boy who gets his very first baseball Or the bright eyes of a little girl who now has a beautiful doll of her very own. Your donations can make that happen! Please bring items that will fit into a shoebox. Your donations of shoeboxes and shipping costs are also needed.
