JanUary focus
Our focus this month is on 21 days of prayer and fasting. Be encouraged as you enter the second week of fasting. You may begin to crave the thing that you have decided to fast. Stay the course - the Lord is doing a work in you!

| As we look ahead (to the second month of a new year!), recall that the focus for February is Share the Love. Our attempt is to live the way Jesus would. So how would Jesus share love with those around Him? How would He help? How would He sacrifice? Be thinking and praying about this before the month begins. |
First sunday meal
February
1 is the next First Sunday Meal. In keeping with the season, our theme will be
"Souper Bowl". Please bring your favorite soup, sandwiches, a salad,
bread, or anything you enjoy eating alongside soup. Share the love with someone
who is hungry by bringing them with you on this day.

invited to eat at 8:30am at Coffee House Diner (1449
Wilkesboro Hwy. Statesville, NC 28625).
Ladies, you are invited to the Transformed Women's Conference at Grace Covenant

baby bottle boomerang
Baby bottles are available
now to take home and fill. You have until Sunday, February 15 to put as much
change, cash, or checks as you can to benefit the Lake Norman Community
Pregnancy Center. You are welcome to fill the bottle multiple times through the
coming month.
Operation christmas child
Remember
to contribute to the shoeboxes. This month, we are gathering things to keep
warm - hats, gloves, scarves, etc. You are also welcome to bring shoeboxes or
the $10 it takes to ship a box.

February - toothbrushes, floss
March - toy
April - soap, washclothes
May - coloring books, crayons
June - jump rope
July - toiletries
August - school supplies
September - ball or doll
October - hair care
November - box and sox
